How does the demo work?
Fill in the demo form and you get your own login right away, to a sample company with drivers, vehicles, and a full day of example trips. Nothing you do there touches real member data.
How long is the demo?
Two days. If you need more time, use the link in your demo email to ask for an extension and we'll add more days.
Do drivers need email accounts?
No. Drivers sign in with your company code and a 4-digit PIN that you create for each of them. After 7 wrong tries, the PIN locks.
Does it work on Android and tablets?
Yes. The driver app runs on iPhone and Android, and it works on tablets too.
Can I switch from monthly to annual?
Yes. Contact us and we'll move you to the annual rate at your next billing date.
Is there a contract?
Not on the monthly plan. You can cancel any time. The annual plan is paid a year at a time in exchange for the lower rate.
Where do I log in?
Use Log in at the top of this page with your NemtSync email and password. It takes you straight to your dispatch board. Drivers sign in from the NemtSync Driver app instead.
How do I get my trips in?
We connect your broker for you during setup, and your schedule imports from there. You add your drivers and vehicles from your admin screen.
